She finally did it!! After one botched ear piercing a year and a half ago, Maddie fought through her nerves and fears and did it. I am so proud of her! I seriously thought she was going to be 30 before she jumped back into that Claire's chair again. And in 6 weeks she has some beautiful and totally impractical cotton candy earrings to put in her ears. It's what it took to seal the deal and honestly I would have bought her some cotton candy to eat while she was getting her ears pierced if it would have helped. So proud of you Maddie Waddie! Fighting against your fears is a pretty cool feeling isn't it?
Mom of three super fun and super cool children (Caleb, Grace, Madeline) and wife to one super cool dude - Andrew. Just living life and trying to do the best we can to mold these little sprouts into who God designed them to be. And trying to be "IN" the moments with them rather than looking back and wishing we had spent more time together as a family. And...to be content. Content with where I am in life as a wife and mom.
