She did it! Finally. Seriously thought this little girl was going to be packing her training wheels as she heads off to college. Daddy and Maddie decided they were going to complete the mission this weekend. We started on Friday (hence the bottom picture in the uniform from school), continued on to Saturday (middle picture), and mission complete today!! Thankfully she just kept her church clothes on today because the outfit is waaaay cuter today. ;) Not sure the white leggings will ever be the same, but worth it for the cause. So very proud of my little girl. My second thought today after cheering her on was, "This is our last child we will teach to learn to ride a bike". Made me a little sad, I must admit. But, this girl is ready to prowl the neighborhood. She is on her way to growing into an amazing little person. Love her so very much. Yay Maddie.
Mom of three super fun and super cool children (Caleb, Grace, Madeline) and wife to one super cool dude - Andrew. Just living life and trying to do the best we can to mold these little sprouts into who God designed them to be. And trying to be "IN" the moments with them rather than looking back and wishing we had spent more time together as a family. And...to be content. Content with where I am in life as a wife and mom. Content with the circumstances God brings into our lives. Life moves by at warp speed, and I want to be present for it. (Jer. 29:11)
