Sous Chef


My sous chef and I were busy today practicing our icing skills in preperation for school next week. Still trying to come up with the perfect combination of buttercream that drys hard enough and doesn't get smooshed when put in containers. Getting closer.....and covering my kitchen with powdered sugar in the mean time. Love it. In other news, my turkey and candy corn cookie cutters came in the mail today. Yep. Total excitement ensued after they arrived between my sous chef and I. Doesn't get much better than a candy corn cookie cutter if you ask me. And they are hard to find! ;)
