The next Serena Williams is on the horizon people. But with lighter skin and freckles. Maddie and I were at Academy last week getting a few things and decided she needed a tennis skirt just like her mommy and sister. Ever since then she has been talking tennis, and really wanted to give it a shot. I happen to know a few of the right people in our neighborhood...mainly the tennis pro, so Maddie had her first lesson today with Mr. Patrick. She loved it and I have to say I was a little surprised. But, I am over the moon another Ward is falling in love with chasing a little yellow fuzzy ball around a court just like me. I'm looking forward to the future and having two of my girls to play tennis with me.
Mom of three super fun and super cool children (Caleb, Grace, Madeline) and wife to one super cool dude - Andrew. Just living life and trying to do the best we can to mold these little sprouts into who God designed them to be. And trying to be "IN" the moments with them rather than looking back and wishing we had spent more time together as a family. And...to be content. Content with where I am in life as a wife and mom. Content with the circumstances God brings into our lives. Life moves by at warp speed, and I want to be present for it. (Jer. 29:11)
