Oh how we love our little friends that live behind us. The new favorite thing to do when we get home from school is take my camera (without Mom looking....thankfully it's not the Canon 40D!) and take pictures of each other while they feed the horses carrots and pet them. Grace LOVES horses. Always has. Since she was old enough to ask about them and make the noises. Kind of a hard "sport" to participate in though. Unless you have a stable on your property or loads of money to put into horseback riding. The older she gets the more I realize she really does like them and we may just have to find a way to make this work someday. Not a stable, of course....We will miss our sweet friends when we move. They have come to know us very well, and usually come running when they see us knowing an apple or carrot is to come. :)
Mom of three super fun and super cool children (Caleb, Grace, Madeline) and wife to one super cool dude - Andrew. Just living life and trying to do the best we can to mold these little sprouts into who God designed them to be. And trying to be "IN" the moments with them rather than looking back and wishing we had spent more time together as a family. And...to be content. Content with where I am in life as a wife and mom. Content with the circumstances God brings into our lives. Life moves by at warp speed, and I want to be present for it. (Jer. 29:11)
