Made these bad boys today....and they were quite delish if I do say so myself. Tomorrow is a day off school around here, so I thought we'd partake of these little treats throughout the day. I love fall and all things pumpkin. It's supposed to be chilly and a little rainy, so I'm thinking we are going to drink some hot chocolate and stay warm inside...while we eat mini pumpkin muffins. Mom of three super fun and super cool children (Caleb, Grace, Madeline) and wife to one super cool dude - Andrew. Just living life and trying to do the best we can to mold these little sprouts into who God designed them to be. And trying to be "IN" the moments with them rather than looking back and wishing we had spent more time together as a family. And...to be content. Content with where I am in life as a wife and mom.
