We had some friends over from school for Caleb's birthday party. It was a Monsters Vs. Aliens kind of day! Tried to keep it small, so he invited 3 friends over and we went bowling and had pizza. A fun day..and laid back which is nice. I'm kind of over the whole 20 kids coming to a party kind of thing. Maybe I'm just getting old, but I don't have the energy for that. Plus, do we really need 20 kids over here?!?! It was perfect today and just the right amount. Caleb is Bob #1 on the left. :) His real b-day is on Wednesday...crazy that we will soon have a 9-year old in the house. Where does the time go?Saturday, September 12, 2009
Birthday Party

Mom of three super fun and super cool children (Caleb, Grace, Madeline) and wife to one super cool dude - Andrew. Just living life and trying to do the best we can to mold these little sprouts into who God designed them to be. And trying to be "IN" the moments with them rather than looking back and wishing we had spent more time together as a family. And...to be content. Content with where I am in life as a wife and mom. Content with the circumstances God brings into our lives. Life moves by at warp speed, and I want to be present for it. (Jer. 29:11)
