Mrs. Jennifer came to town yesterday!! Of course, the kids sucked her in within minutes and she was totally game for anything. She walked in with her arms full day of valentine bracelets/necklaces kits made of candy which we assembled during our "girl time" with the girls, arts and crafts with the cutest sparkle foam hearts, and loads of Valentine candy. So, you can imagine the kids fell fast for Mrs. Jennifer. :) She also made the girls the cutest tops ever that they are wearing in the picture. Crazy cute! I'm telling you, she has a store on Etsy and I highly recommend getting one of these. I already am placing my orders for more. And she made the cutest little tote bag for me. Inspires me to get sewing! Just need Grandma Sophie to get out here so she can help me pick my machine. ;)
In the craziness of life Jen and I lost contact for a few years, but even after all the time it's like NO time had gone by at all. So thankful for Facebook because I have gotten back in contact with some of my favorite girlfriends from college whom I have missed SO much over the years. Yeah for girlfriends!! Hopefully we will be having a girls weekend soon. Not soon enough though!!
Mom of three super fun and super cool children (Caleb, Grace, Madeline) and wife to one super cool dude - Andrew. Just living life and trying to do the best we can to mold these little sprouts into who God designed them to be. And trying to be "IN" the moments with them rather than looking back and wishing we had spent more time together as a family. And...to be content. Content with where I am in life as a wife and mom. Content with the circumstances God brings into our lives. Life moves by at warp speed, and I want to be present for it. (Jer. 29:11)
