We had two snow days in a row! Two! And, I can assure you they were met with much anticipation around here. We haven't had "snow days" in a long time. I think we had one snow day when in Austin..although it was more of an "ice day". So, we have watched way too much TV and many movies the last two days. We have consumed way too much popcorn and sugar, and pretty much gone from pajamas to pajamas throughout the last 48 hours. And we had fun! That was my goal, and I think we succeded. Today we made heart shaped cupcakes to pass some time and they were SOOO yummy. Good thing I have a treadmill in the basement because I need to work off some of this "snow day" food. And we are back to school tomorrow, although it's Friday so that means two more days off. Praying for no snow on Monday..mommy needs a break! ;)
Mom of three super fun and super cool children (Caleb, Grace, Madeline) and wife to one super cool dude - Andrew. Just living life and trying to do the best we can to mold these little sprouts into who God designed them to be. And trying to be "IN" the moments with them rather than looking back and wishing we had spent more time together as a family. And...to be content. Content with where I am in life as a wife and mom.
