Madeline was in the play Honk, Jr. at her school. A play all about the ugly duckling which is a story I kind of love, doesn't matter how many times I hear it. She made her big debut as a frog, and I think she nailed it! ;) It was months of practice, singing in the car to practice, singing in the shower to practice, and singing all around the play room to practice. I was expecting a BIG performance from this little frog. She came out in Act 6 with all her other froggie friends and sang and danced her heart away. And I think she was the cutest frog out there if I do say so myself. "Ribbit!"
Mom of three super fun and super cool children (Caleb, Grace, Madeline) and wife to one super cool dude - Andrew. Just living life and trying to do the best we can to mold these little sprouts into who God designed them to be. And trying to be "IN" the moments with them rather than looking back and wishing we had spent more time together as a family. And...to be content. Content with where I am in life as a wife and mom. Content with the circumstances God brings into our lives. Life moves by at warp speed, and I want to be present for it. (Jer. 29:11)
