Big Night

Tonight is the BIG night. Months of preperation have been logged. Seussical the Musical is finally here, and my little "Who" from the "Jungle of Nool" is ready. Tonight is opening night, and I can't wait to see her and Maddie! Grace has a bit of bigger part, but both girls are going to look like crazy Dr. Seuss characters and they are too stinkin' cute.

There is nothing more incredible as a parent than to see your child try really hard at something and succeed. Grace has been having a rough couple of months with school, and she needs this. Needs to feel like she is pretty amazing at something, and she is. She is amazing in every way, and she is in the process of learning about struggle and things not coming so easy. But, coming through the other side of struggle is showing her some pretty valuable lessons in life. Lessons I hate to see her learn, but I know is one of the best things for her in this life.

So, tonight I will be in the front row cheering her (and Maddie!) on. And you know there will be lots of pictures posted tomorrow. So proud of my little and big "Who's".
