Has anyone ever made this before?!?! I am attempting it tonight....wish me luck. It's called spaghetti squash, and supposedly it's a great alternative to REAL spaghetti. I'll take what I can get. :) I had it in a restaurant once and it was yummy. But, they made it for me, and all I had to do was shovel it in. Now, I am attempting it all on my own. At least I know 2 out of 5 of us will eat it........I'm going to disguise it with chicken, sauce, and vegetables. Yummy. Do not fear...I have a fantastic dessert sitting on the counter that anyone who eats spaghetti squash will get a piece of. Those that don't....well, no dessert for you. ;)
Mom of three super fun and super cool children (Caleb, Grace, Madeline) and wife to one super cool dude - Andrew.
