Braces

My little girl has braces!! It is SO weird to look at her with metal on her teeth! She was so excited to get them. And as I dropped her off at school with her Subway lunch in hand, I think the excitement was wearing a little thin. :) She wanted to go back and show everyone her new teeth though. So we are now embracing wax, motrin, soft foods, and ice cream. So long caramel apples. :(

I'm excited for her though. She is going to have the most beautiful, straight teeth in 2 years and then I'll have to lock her in a tower because she will be too cute and boys scare me, frankly, at that age. Boys scare me at any age when they are looking at my girls. But that is a whole other story. And blog post for that matter. Yay for Gracie girl! Praying she is still smiling that big when I see her in 3 hours.
