I forgot to post this picture last week after many attempts at reminding myself...go figure! Last week Caleb's 3rd grade class put on a play for the Kindergartners. The play was on a book called, "Country Mouse". Caleb had the ever important part of being a dog, and he couldn't have been more happy with the part. I made sure I was at school for two reasons...1) to support my sweet dog in his first play and 2) to try and catch a photo of Madeline watching her brother. She looks up to him A LOT, and although he may not be the most patient with her, he tries and loves her dearly. He is very understanding about letting her tag along with his friend across the street, and tries to include her. I'm not sure if it's the age difference that makes it easier for them to get along, but Maddie thinks he is pretty cool. So because of that, I love this picture of Madeline (in the black and white) watching her brother from afar. Waiting for him to speak his part. Waiting for him to look at her and smile. Waiting for him to do just about anything...because she loves him, and would sit there all day and wait.Tuesday, November 3, 2009
