Chicago for the weekend to celebrate this young lady. Can't believe she is 18! So excited to see what is in store for her.....such a scary and freeing feeling to be 18 and know you hold the keys to your future. I know she will do something amazing. We love you Amanda!! :) Had a great time spending the day with family and friends we haven't seen in TOO long. We then played in the city ALL day on Sunday and had so much fun. The weather could not have been more perfect. Kids loved the Field Museum and we are now officially "members", so I have a feeling we'll be going a lot more. A great weekend filled with friends, family, food, more food, and Garrett's Popcorn!

Busy weekend!! We headed up to 
Chicago for the weekend to celebrate this young lady. Can't believe she is 18! So excited to see what is in store for her.....such a scary and freeing feeling to be 18 and know you hold the keys to your future. I know she will do something amazing. We love you Amanda!! :) Had a great time spending the day with family and friends we haven't seen in TOO long. We then played in the city ALL day on Sunday and had so much fun. Mom of three super fun and super cool children (Caleb, Grace, Madeline) and wife to one super cool dude - Andrew. Just living life and trying to do the best we can to mold these little sprouts into who God designed them to be. And trying to be "IN" the moments with them rather than looking back and wishing we had spent more time together as a family. And...to be content. Content with where I am in life as a wife and mom. Content with the circumstances God brings into our lives. Life moves by at warp speed, and I want to be present for it. (Jer. 29:11)
