Lot's of Easter preparation going on around here. We colored the eggs this morning which was big fun. Trying to make as much as I can food wise so when we get home from church all I have to do is throw it in the oven. SOOO thankful for two ovens. I've never had that before...and will not take it for granted that is for sure. In the midst of all the eggs, bunnies, candy, and yummy food we as a family are making sure to not forget the REASON we celebrate Easter. And it has nothing at all to do with the eggs, bunnies, and candy. Trying our best to keep Jesus and the price He paid as our focus in the midst of all the fun stuff too. Mom of three super fun and super cool children (Caleb, Grace, Madeline) and wife to one super cool dude - Andrew. Just living life and trying to do the best we can to mold these little sprouts into who God designed them to be. And trying to be "IN" the moments with them rather than looking back and wishing we had spent more time together as a family. And...to be content. Content with where I am in life as a wife and mom. Content with the circumstances God brings into our lives. Life moves by at warp speed, and I want to be present for it. (Jer. 29:11)
