Toes

I know. Eww. Toes are kind of gross. But, Grace and I decided we needed to post our toes today. We went and got a pedicure together yesterday, and I think they did a rather nice job. I'm leaving to go out of town today and wanted to do something special with Grace yesterday. One downside to spending all day with mommy....when she leaves, it's hard. I know once I go she will hit the ground running and not even really notice too much that I am not here, but it was fun to do something girlie with my girl yesterday. Never gets old to see her so totally excited to sit in the chairs that vibrate and massage and look like they are holding some kind of alien inside them that is seizing and kicking his way out. And the movies they play. Yes the movies. Last time it was The Help, which was ok. Not too much foul language for a 9-year old. This time it was Notting Hill. Not good. Lots of foul language. Yuck. So between that and the guy who kept telling Grace, "You a big girl" every 5 minutes along with "You tall girl" I wasn't sure how many memories I wanted her to remember. And she did great, of course, and took it all in stride. Fun times with my G. Now mommy is off to fun times with B, A, and K. Girl's Weekend starts in 4 hours!! Can't wait to see 3 of my most favorite people on the planet.
