First Day!

We survived the first day. Everybody woke-up happy, no one was sad to say goodbye at their classrooms(except me!). One of the perks to knowing your way around your school and having some friends. Praying for happy and content faces to greet me in carpool line today. Grace and I did really good. I'm going into this with some very normal expectations and not expecting all things to be peachy every single day. Today was really good. Hoping for some more of that tomorrow. Loved sitting down and eating lunch together. I don't think I ever really did that when I was home by myself! Usually did it on the fly or a bite here and there as I puttered about the house. Now we are lunch buddies and we sit together. So cute.

Feeling very thankful for where we are at right now and how each of our children's needs are being met. Bring on the school year....we are ready!
