We leave in 3 days for the "happiest place on earth". It's been a long time coming for these kiddos of ours. Our very first trip to Disney! Drew and I are just as excited. :) The kids get a week off for Mardi Gras and we decided that would be the perfect time to go since most of the country is still in school. So, I am busy packing and making lists. We are going to complete the overall Florida experience and hit a beach or two on our way home since we are driving. What is a trip to Florida without sand in your bathing suit?! Maddie is already asking WAY too many questions about sharks, which means that I have somehow projected my fear of them on her. Bummer. Guess her and I will be building sand castles on the beach while the rest of the clan swim with the Jaws......
Mom of three super fun and super cool children (Caleb, Grace, Madeline) and wife to one super cool dude - Andrew. Just living life and trying to do the best we can to mold these little sprouts into who God designed them to be. And trying to be "IN" the moments with them rather than looking back and wishing we had spent more time together as a family. And...to be content. Content with where I am in life as a wife and mom. Content with the circumstances God brings into our lives. Life moves by at warp speed, and I want to be present for it. (Jer. 29:11)
