When you have children and it's the family dog's birthday....well, it's a rather big deal. And Jack is a pretty big deal in this family. We are smitten with him and his furry little face. Never did I dream when he walked through our door 2 years ago looking like and experiment gone bad with his CRAZY fur, that we would fall in love with him so much. He absolutely came to us at the perfect time. He came into our lives in a way that can only mean he was meant for this family. And we are forever thankful to have him. So, happy birthday Jackers, Jack-Jack, Schoochie Poochie, Jack, Boo-Boo's, and the gazillion other things we call you. The kids and I made
this for dinner for him and as soon as daddy gets home, the festivities begin.
Mom of three super fun and super cool children (Caleb, Grace, Madeline) and wife to one super cool dude - Andrew. Just living life and trying to do the best we can to mold these little sprouts into who God designed them to be. And trying to be "IN" the moments with them rather than looking back and wishing we had spent more time together as a family. And...to be content. Content with where I am in life as a wife and mom. Content with the circumstances God brings into our lives. Life moves by at warp speed, and I want to be present for it. (Jer. 29:11)
