School's out for S-U-M-M-E-R!! Last day...and what a day it was. Very happy kids in my house right now. They are excited to lay around and stay up late for a few days. And I will let them for a few days. :) I am ready myself to not set alarm clocks, make lunches, drive to and from school 2-4 times a day, not teach, and relax and be lazy. Problem with that is that the packers show up one week from today to pack us, and from there it is the complete opposite of lazy. But, we are not thinking of that now. For now we are enjoying our first afternoon of summer. Went and got lunch at our favorite hibachi place ever, and are hanging out and actually not fighting. Yay summer!!
Mom of three super fun and super cool children (Caleb, Grace, Madeline) and wife to one super cool dude - Andrew. Just living life and trying to do the best we can to mold these little sprouts into who God designed them to be. And trying to be "IN" the moments with them rather than looking back and wishing we had spent more time together as a family. And...to be content. Content with where I am in life as a wife and mom. Content with the circumstances God brings into our lives. Life moves by at warp speed, and I want to be present for it. (Jer. 29:11)
