Yesterday was the 100th day of school. It's a big deal when you are in K-2 grade in most schools we've gone to. Marks the half-way point in a way, and the teachers do lot's of "stuff" with the number 100. So other than counting out 100 M&M's, Skittles, and pennies on Sunday....we had to bring fruit to make a fruit salad, and be ready for some fun!! The girls made hats and sunglasses and who knows what else throughout the day. The picture to the left is the super cool hat Grace made. So funny. She wore it to the car at pick-up and didn't take it off for awhile once she got home. So, I therefore HAD to take a picture of it just in case she ever wants to look back through our blog history and see it. :) Caleb was of course too "old" to celebrate in his 3rd grade class. They have turned the corner and are now mature and older children who don't need to celebrate such things as 100 day. Although I think he was a little envious of all the fun stuff the girls made!!
