One year anniversary!

One year ago yesterday I decided to embark on the journey of a "blog". Not having much idea what I was doing, and learning as I went. Well, one year later I have to say it has been so fun! I am in the process of sending our whole first year of this blog to a website that takes all your entries and makes a book of them. The plan is to have every year (or two!) put in a book so we can look back someday and read them all.

Today Grace got her hair cut, and decided she wanted to CHOP it all off. 6 inches!! She loves it, and looks so adorable. She wants the Grandma's to see, so we are posting a picture!! Isn't it cute? Caleb and Grace are on the tail end of the stomach flu, so she is resting with her new haircut. It has been quite the week for us. Two snow days = another 4 day weekend! Today it is a whopping 6 degrees, so we can't play in it today. But, they have had fun playing in it inbetween being sick.

Thank you for the well wishes and phone calls directed towards ME! Feel so loved. :) I have been having some odd health issues that we are in the process of figuring out. Started with my arms and hands falling asleep, spreading to my legs, and then my face. This all began on Wednesday night and from there it's been lots of doctors and tests and trying to figure it all out. As of today they think I have a virus that wants to attack all my nerve endings. Loads of fun...let me tell you! For whatever reason I was sick at Christmas and they think the virus is still there and wreaking havoc on my body. So, they have given me some medicine to calm the nerve endings which is wonderful because it is kind of odd to feel like that ALL the time. And on Monday I go back to the neurologist who will hopefully have more answers from the MRI. So annoying, and I hate being sick and not feeling 100%. I think that is the whole point of this though..maybe I need to slow down a little. Either way, I am thankful to slowly start feeling my extremities again. Never knew I could miss them so much!! :)
